I dont know what kind of plant that is, but I shall find out for you. I work at a biology lab, we deal with plants all day. Someone will know!

It looks like some variety of hen-and-chicks, but that's probably not helpful at all, 'cause there are so many types.

no dice on the scientist side, might wanna look into local flora books if you're really interested in finding out what it is.
